Charitable Gaming Supporting the Community

In just a few hours a week for a minimum of one year, individuals can create a friendship that lasts a lifetime. And the rewards are just something that money cannot buy.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of North Simcoe is a non-profit agency that offers quality mentoring programs to youth aged 6-18. Through their 1:1 Match, Big Bunch Group, Go Girls or In-School Mentoring they are able to reach youth in the communities of Midland, Penetanguishene, Tiny, Tay and Springwater Townships as well as Christian Island. Their vision is to provide a mentor for every child that needs a mentor.

Partnerships with the local school boards and many community groups have been established to be able to provide this type of programming. The relationship with Angel Gate Bingo Association at Delta Bingo and Gaming Penetang allows Big Brothers Big Sisters of North Simcoe to continue their work, building resources, maintaining important documentation and making a difference in the lives of youth in the community. Last year alone, the agency utilized eight volunteers to fill over 80 hours of service at Delta Bingo and Gaming Penetang, located in Penetanguishene, Ontario. They are proud to be a partner of this opportunity and are grateful for the rewards offered in return.
