Joining the OCGA
OCGA is the non-government, provincial association advocating for the
interests of charities and non-profit organizations that raise charitable funds
through bingo, break open tickets and other forms of charitable gaming in
Ontario. The OCGA's members are the province's 6,000 charities and non-profit
organizations that participate in licensed bingo, SuperJackpots, in-hall Break
Open Tickets, Third Party Break Open Tickets and other charitable gaming
activities. These individual charities include large and small charities and
non-profit organizations -- local service clubs, hospitals, social service
agencies, cultural organizations, and sports and recreation organizations.

For charities and non-profit organizations that wish to participate in Big
Link Bingo, membership in the OCGA is coordinated through your local Hall
Charity Association. Charity and non-profit organization members involved in Big
Link Bingo must be members of a local bingo Hall Charity Association.
For individual organizations that are not participating in Big Link Bingo
and/or that are not members of a bingo Hall Charity Association, membership
applications are processed directly by the OCGA head office. Email OCGA at info@charitablegaming.com or call
us at 416-633-9635 (toll free at 1-877-716-7222).
Please note, OCGA does not
receive grants from the Trillium Foundation or government. Our revenues are
solely derived from membership fees and fees, on behalf of members, for
overseeing the distribution of Big Link revenues for those members.
If your organization is not currently active in fundraising through
charitable gaming but you would like to have access to our publications, please
email your request to info@charitablegaming.com.
